Reece’s Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownies

I tried a new recipe tonight. I have seen it floating around and I took the bait.

AND THEY ARE YUMMY!!!

Here’s the quick and simple recipe:

Ingredients:
24 Reese’s Cups
Pre-made cookie dough squares
Brownie mix (prepared)

Set the oven to 350 degrees. Spray the insides of the muffin tin or use cupcake wrappers. Place a square of pre-made cookie dough in each wrapper. I made the brownie mix while the dough softened. Squish the dough flat and put a Reese’s Cup placed upside down on top. Fill up the tin with the brownie mix up to 3/4 full. Bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes.  Let  cool.

Variations: (I haven’t tried these yet!)
1. For the large muffin tins, just bake about 5 minutes longer.
2. Substitute Rollos, or Oreos, for the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
3. Substitute Peanut Butter cookie dough for the chocolate chip cookie dough.
